Tour its charming Historic Center, taste artisanal chocolate in a colonial house, contemplate the Pululahua crater and live the unique experience

Overview

Our journey begins by exploring the capital, Quito's captivating historic center, with its lush architecture. You will be part of Cacao Experience, in a colonial house on the Loma Grande, live a unique sensory experience: learn about the chocolate process from the cocoa seed and taste its flavors in different ways - seeds, fondue with marshmallows, hot chocolate, beer and cocoa liquor. We will continue to the only Reservation Geobotany of Ecuador: Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve. Enjoy a panoramic tour of this fascinating place where people live inside the volcano's crater. Then visit the iconic Monument to the Middle of the World, one of the country's most iconic sites, built to mark the equator dividing the northern and southern hemispheres. Here you can take unique photographs with a cake in each hemisphere and learn more about the geographical and cultural importance of this iconic place. To complete this tour, we will visit the Intiñan Museum (path of the sun) to discover the history of the different cultures represented in this museum and learn how it was concluded that this is the true point of the equator. An unforgettable adventure awaits you!
